About the Role
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing Staffing team.
- This role is ideal for freshers, recent graduates, and candidates looking to build a career in Recruitment /Talent Acquisition.
- You will get hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, working on real-time hiring requirements across multiple industries and profiles.
- The internship will be for 3 months, with an opportunity to be converted into a full-time permanent employee based on performance, learning ability, and overall contribution.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and prepare a clear understanding of job descriptions.
• Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and other job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and understand their career interests.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment strategies.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

• Learn and implement effective sourcing and candidate engagement techniques.
• Support the team in successfully driving candidates from sourcing to joining.
What We Are Looking For
• Freshers / Graduates / Postgraduates from any discipline can apply.
• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace will be an advantage.
