Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The role involves helping maintain employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, tracking attendance and leave, and supporting the administration of employee benefits. Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR-related reports, helping ensure compliance with internal guidelines, and collaborating with various departments to address HR queries.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess basic skills in Personnel Management and employee record handling.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR-related software or databases.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn about dialysis care and patient-centered practices is an advantage.
