Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations to support employees and leadership at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves administering HR policies, handling employee queries, and maintaining accurate HR records. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, coordinating benefits and payroll information, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. The role also involves assisting with performance management activities, organizing employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices and procedures.

What We're Looking For
🎯 Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
