We're hiring a People Ops Associate / HR Generalist (Full time, remote.)

This is not a role where you do one thing on repeat. One month you're deep in recruiting for a client, the next you're building an L&D program, running a leadership lab, or sitting in on founder conversations helping shape how a company thinks about its people. You'll move across clients, engagements usually running 2–3 months or longer, and no two will look the same.
If you get a kick out of figuring things out on the fly and wearing different hats, this might be exactly your kind of work.
What we're looking for:
- At least 1-2 years of experience, in HR, internships are great too
- Sharp, quick on your feet, genuinely curious
- Willing to go wherever the work takes you: recruiting, ops, L&D, all of it
- Good recruiters, don't rule yourself out: this could be a great next step
Practical bits:
- Immediate joiners, immediate notice period preferred
- Remote, so you'll need solid internet and a workspace that actually works
