We're looking for an Executive – People & Operations to become the bridge between our employees, store operations, and management team. If you're highly organized, proactive, and enjoy both HR and operations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles across locations.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Support offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pipelines.
Employee Experience
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records.
- Coordinate confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Attendance & Workforce Planning
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Prepare weekly shift rosters and staffing schedules.
- Coordinate manpower planning with store teams.
- Ensure adequate staffing across all business locations.
Operational Audits
- Visit booth locations regularly (minimum one audit per booth every month).
- Review employee attendance, grooming, customer interaction, and operational compliance.
- Identify training needs and operational challenges.
- Share audit observations and improvement recommendations with management.
Operations Coordination
- Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow up on operational requests and resolve coordination issues.
- Track store readiness, supplies, and operational requirements.
- Escalate issues affecting productivity or customer experience.
- Support implementation of new operational processes and improvements.
Training Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding and operational training for new employees.
- Track training completion and employee readiness.
- Collaborate with team leads and trainers to ensure effective learning.
- Maintain training and assessment records.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate HR, attendance, recruitment, and training trackers.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
- Support payroll documentation and compliance processes.
- Ensure employee records remain complete and up to date.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Administration, Retail Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is comfortable visiting multiple business locations and interacting with employees.
- Has strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Is proactive, dependable, and enjoys taking ownership.
