JITAL SOLUTION is looking for a responsible and well-organized HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee records, attendance, HR documentation, coordination, and daily HR operations for our feed and food industry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment and candidate coordination
✅ Job posting and interview scheduling
✅ Employee joining and onboarding formalities
✅ Attendance, leave and daily manpower tracking
✅ HR documentation and employee file maintenance
✅ Payroll data support and compliance coordination
✅ Employee communication and grievance coordination
✅ Daily, weekly and monthly HR reporting to management
Required Skills:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Recruitment and follow-up discipline
✔ HR documentation knowledge
✔ MS Excel, Word and Email knowledge
✔ Attendance and employee record management
✔ Coordination with departments and management
✔ Professional behavior and confidentiality
Candidates with experience in feed, food, manufacturing, FMCG, agri, plant operations, or HR administration will be preferred.
