Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kaithal, responsible for managing core HR functions and supporting a positive workplace culture. Daily activities include handling HR operations such as onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and addressing employee queries and concerns. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate recruitment activities, assist in training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including experience in generalist HR responsibilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as personnel administration, documentation, and HR process coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to foster engagement and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with HR software tools and MS Office; prior experience in IT or digital marketing companies is an advantage.
