Role Description The Human Resources Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The consultant will advise on HR policies and procedures, support HR management activities, and help design and implement HR frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves conducting HR audits, preparing documentation, facilitating HR-related training sessions, and collaborating with leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to design, implement, and update policy frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law and experience applying regulatory requirements in organizational settings.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, handle confidential information responsibly, and provide clear, data-informed HR recommendations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in common HRIS and productivity tools.
- Prior experience as an HR generalist, HR consultant, or similar role, preferably in a training, education, or corporate environment.
