Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Jodhpur. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and coordinating documentation for new hires and existing team members. The role will help administer benefits, track attendance and leave, and provide support in processing payroll inputs. The Human Resources Assistant will also assist with HRIS data entry and updates, support training activities and scheduling, and respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaboration with HR management and other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations is an important part of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR processes and policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and update employee data accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist in managing employee benefits and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate and support employee development activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and comfortable working with digital records.
- Prior experience or internship in HR, administration, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
