Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, supporting daily HR operations and employee services. This role involves maintaining employee records, updating HR databases and HRIS, assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and documentation. The Human Resources Assistant will help administer benefits, support payroll-related data collation, and coordinate employee trainings and development activities. The role also includes handling routine employee queries, preparing HR reports, supporting compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and assisting with HR communications and engagement initiatives. Collaboration with HR management and other departments is key to ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for maintaining accurate employee data and generating reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits, leave management, and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to coordinate onboarding, learning programs, and employee development activities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools and documentation.
- Prior experience or internship in HR or administration is preferred; a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
