Title – Lead HR - US Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end HR operations lifecycle for employees across North America, including onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave management, and offboarding.
- Own and continuously improve HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and an exceptional employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and provincial employment laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, background verification, HR orientation, asset coordination, system access, and exit formalities.
- Serve as the primary HR Operations partner for employees and business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and operational matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems while generating HR metrics and operational reports.
- Administer employee benefits, coordinate annual enrollment activities, and partner with benefit vendors to resolve employee queries.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation to support operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.
- Drive HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
- Manage relationships with external HR vendors, including background verification, immigration, benefits, and other HR service providers, ensuring service quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR Operations experience, with significant exposure to supporting North America.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance; familiarity with Canadian HR practices is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Zoho, BambooHR, or similar systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
