About the role
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, corporate films, events, advertisements, and brand communication.
- Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Manage the complete video editing process from raw footage to final output.
- Select appropriate footage, music, transitions, sound effects, graphics, and visual elements.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform specifications.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create engaging 2D motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Develop animated content for social media, presentations, events, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
- Create visually appealing lower thirds, typography, infographics, explainer videos, and branded animations.
- Add motion and visual storytelling elements to enhance video content.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative, design, content, and marketing teams to develop concepts and visual treatments.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Interpret storyboards, scripts, mood boards, and creative briefs.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing, motion design, animation, and social media trends.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with motion graphics and 2D animation
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Knowledge of color correction/grading and audio editing
- Understanding of social media video formats and specifications
- Strong creative and visual design sense
- Good understanding of typography, composition, and branding
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
