About the Role
We are looking for a Finance and Accounts Officer to manage core financial operations, reporting, compliance, and financial planning for the organization. This role requires a strong finance and accounting foundation combined with strategic/analytical capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, book-keeping, and financial reporting
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports for leadership
- Handle statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and audits (internal and statutory)
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for business decision-making
- Ensure internal financial controls and process compliance
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions as required
Qualifications
- CA + MBA, or MBA in Finance (mandatory qualification)
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience handling statutory compliance and audits
- Experience in a software/SaaS or services company (Good to Have)
- Exposure to ERP/finance systems (Good to Have)
- Team management experience (Good to Have)
