Finance and Accounts Officer
Location: Nagpur, India (Onsite)
Experience Range: 5 - 10 Years
Must-Have Experience:
- Managed end-to-end statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings for an organization.
- Led or played a primary role in coordinating internal and statutory audits with external auditors.
- Prepared monthly/quarterly MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis reports for senior leadership.
- Managed day-to-day cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Managed financial operations within a Software, SaaS, or IT Services company.
- Led a small team of accountants or finance executives.
- Implemented or migrated to a new ERP or financial accounting system.
Domain Knowledge:
- Corporate Taxation
- Statutory Auditing
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
Must Education Requirements:
CA (Chartered Accountant) OR MBA in Finance
Ideal Background:
The ideal candidate is a CA or MBA finance professional with 5-10 years of experience managing core accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. They have a proven track record of handling statutory audits and preparing MIS reports for leadership, ideally within a services or technology-driven business environment.
