About the Role
Lead our creative production team while remaining hands-on in delivering world-class design, marketing, and brand assets across our portfolio of brands. As our Creative Production Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day execution of our creative department while serving as the right hand to our Director of Creatives and Earned Media. This is a leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable mentoring designers as they are jumping into Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or After Effects to bring ideas to life. Our creative team produces everything from ecommerce campaigns, paid advertising creatives, social media content, email marketing, product launches, packaging, and website assets across multiple consumer brands. Every day is different, and every project is an opportunity to raise the creative standard. We're looking for someone who has exceptional creative judgment, a clear understanding of brand voice, strong production experience, and the leadership skills to ensure every deliverable meets the quality our brands are known for. You'll help establish workflows, improve efficiency, and inspire a team that thrives on creating exceptional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily execution of the creative production team.
- Serve as the creative second-in-command to the Director of Creatives and Earned Media.
- Produce high-quality design work across digital, ecommerce, social media, email, web, and print.
- Review creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency and exceptional quality.
- Mentor and develop designers through constructive feedback and coaching.
- Prioritize creative requests and manage production timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, technology, and leadership teams.
- Build creative systems and workflows that improve speed without compromising quality.
- Maintain consistency across multiple brands with distinct visual identities.
- Help concept and execute major product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure assets are production-ready across all digital and print channels.
- Stay current with design trends, AI creative tools, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously improve creative processes and team efficiency.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional graphic design or creative production experience.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
- Expert proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and collaborative design workflows.
- Experience producing creative for ecommerce, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and brand systems.
- Experience preparing print-ready files and digital production assets.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
