Selex is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Officer to join our Qatar team and play a key role in strengthening our people, culture, and HR practices.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an HR professional who can independently manage day-to-day HR functions while contributing to the development and improvement of our HR systems and processes.

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Performance Appraisal Management
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- HR Operations & Administration
- HR Policies & Process Implementation
- Continuous Improvement of HR Systems
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Proven experience in performance management and employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented approach
- Qatar HR experience will be an advantage
