Role Description The HR Manager – Bangalore – Vacuum Pumps will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance for the vacuum pumps business vertical. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune and involves managing the employee lifecycle, including hiring coordination, onboarding, performance management support, and exit processes. The HR Manager will collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce requirements, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely staffing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, implementing HR policies, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The role also requires handling HR documentation, assisting with training and development activities, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management or HR generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and standard HR documentation.
- Ability to manage employee relations, performance support, and engagement activities with a professional and impartial approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR management systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
