Role Description The HR Manager at Nymra is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, maintain compliance with labor laws, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing HR documentation and payroll inputs, handling grievance resolution, and organizing training and engagement initiatives. The role also involves partnering with management to foster a positive work culture that aligns with Nymra’s values and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition, with experience managing the full hiring lifecycle.
- Proficiency in HR operations such as onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and performance management frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement, training, and development programs.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills for managing employee relations.
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in design, creative, or service-oriented businesses.
