(Host Opportunity Promote Employment) campaign partners with employers to encourage inclusive hiring and meaningful employment for PWDs. Samvedna also operates an innovative all-in-one portal that connects PWDs with employment, entrepreneurship, talent showcase, community engagement, and eCommerce opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for an HR Intern Cum CSR Project Intern. The intern will support HR activities such as assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and helping organize training and awareness sessions related to disability inclusion. The role includes contributing to CSR projects, particularly those focused on PWD employment and empowerment, by supporting project planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and event management. The intern will help gather candidate and employer data for the H.O.P.E. campaign and the PWD portal, prepare reports, and assist in communication with partners and beneficiaries. Regular tasks include administrative support, drafting communication materials, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth implementation of HR and CSR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in roles related to Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support, focusing on interactions with beneficiaries, employers, and partners.
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive experiences for PWDs, stakeholders, and internal team members.
- Understanding of Customer Experience to help design and improve engagement processes for portal users, campaign participants, and visitors.
- Pursuing or completed degree/diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, Management, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with sensitivity toward disability inclusion and diversity.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, online collaboration tools); familiarity with HR or CSR project management tools is an advantage.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in NGOs, HR, CSR, or community initiatives related to PWDs is beneficial but not mandatory.
