Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations in an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include assisting with personnel records management, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will help with employee data maintenance, tracking attendance and benefits-related information, and preparing basic HR reports and documentation. Additional tasks may involve supporting recruitment drives, scheduling interviews, helping organize training sessions, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient HR workflows.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to learn and apply HR Policies and support Employee Benefits processes.
- Basic knowledge of Personnel Management, including employee records handling and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with HR-related documentation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
