Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate communication and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Support recruitment operations and other HR-related activities.
