Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews)
- Build talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Coordinate directly with founders for hiring needs
- Handle onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Maintain basic HR records and employee data
- Support in building initial HR policies and processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Manage employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
- Handle performance management systems (KPIs, reviews, feedback cycles)
- Oversee payroll coordination and attendance systems
- Build employer branding and hiring strategies
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead strategic HR planning aligned with business goals
- Develop leadership pipeline and organizational structure
- Implement training and development programs
- Drive company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention strategies
- Manage HR analytics and decision-making insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Problem-solving mindset and high ownership attitude
