Role Description The Junior Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Aminjikkarai. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding and induction for new team members. The individual will help implement HR policies, track attendance and leave, and support performance management and appraisal processes. The role also involves handling basic employee queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, preparing HR reports, and working closely with managers to maintain a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.
Qualifications
- Foundational HR skills, including knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR policy implementation.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with capacity to manage records, prepare reports, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees at all levels and supporting conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance, with willingness to learn and stay updated on regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HR software or HRIS platforms; comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; internships or 0–2 years of HR experience are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Aminjikkarai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
