About the Company:
Coitonic is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer activewear brand committed to providing high-quality, performance-driven apparel for modern India. We are currently scaling rapidly across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our own e-commerce platform. With a strong brand presence and a vision to become a leader in the activewear space, we are looking to expand our internal team by hiring a qualified and driven HR Executive.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Executive to oversee core human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company culture, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with company values and compliance requirements
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance management
- Ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, labor laws, etc.)
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role (preferably in a startup or fashion/e-commerce sector)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRMS tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environment
