Vextrium Partners is seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner with proven experience recruiting and supporting offshore teams across the construction and information technology sectors.
We need someone who is extremely organised, commercially aware and capable of building reliable talent pipelines for a growing offshoring business. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes full ownership of recruitment, HR operations and workforce planning from beginning to end.
The Role
You will be responsible for attracting, assessing, hiring and retaining high-quality professionals who support international clients across construction, engineering, estimating, software development and technology services.
You will work closely with management and operational leaders to ensure Vextrium Partners has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across construction and IT functions.
- Build reliable pipelines of junior, intermediate, senior and leadership-level candidates.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, universities and specialist networks.
- Manage multiple vacancies, candidate stages, interviews, assessments and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Coordinate technical assessments with construction and IT subject-matter experts.
- Assess candidates for technical capability, communication, reliability, problem-solving and readiness to work with international clients.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, workforce plans and employee records.
- Forecast hiring requirements based on client demand, project pipelines, utilisation and business growth.
- Manage offers, reference checks, onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations and offboarding.
- Develop structured recruitment processes, scorecards, interview guides, SOPs, templates and checklists.
- Support managers with performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters and improvement plans.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee documentation.
- Create employee-engagement, recognition, career-development and retention initiatives.
- Track recruitment and HR metrics including time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, probation success and retention.
- Provide management with clear reporting on vacancies, capacity, capability gaps, staffing risks and HR priorities.
- Ensure HR activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies.
