Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Mumbai. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing rooms, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces. Daily tasks include handling laundry, changing linens, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly. The role also involves reporting maintenance issues, following established cleaning procedures, and supporting a safe, orderly environment for occupants and visitors. Housekeepers are expected to interact courteously with clients and colleagues and follow company standards and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage cleaning tasks and Laundry duties efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Customer Service skills to respond politely to requests and support a positive experience for building occupants.
- Organization Skills to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain orderly storage of supplies and equipment.
- Willingness to participate in Training and follow safety, cleaning, and facility protocols.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, facility management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods, with adherence to safety practices.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts as required.
