Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Gurugram at STUDIO ARUNISHA™. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across studio spaces, including work areas, meeting rooms, and common areas, through regular dusting, sweeping, mopping, surface sanitizing, and waste disposal. Daily tasks include managing laundry for studio linens and fabrics, organizing supplies, and ensuring that equipment and materials are stored safely and neatly. The role involves preparing and resetting spaces before and after meetings or shoots, replenishing consumables, and supporting a welcoming environment for team members and visitors. The Housekeeper will also interact with staff and guests in a courteous manner, respond to housekeeping requests, and follow studio procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong cleaning, maintenance, and laundry skills, with attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with team members and visitors.
- Good organization skills to manage supplies, prioritize tasks, and maintain orderly spaces.
- Ability to follow instructions, participate in training, and adapt to studio processes and schedules.
- Prior housekeeping or facilities experience in offices, studios, or hospitality settings is beneficial.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site full-time in Gurugram.
- Basic understanding of safety practices, use of cleaning products, and manual handling.
- Comfort with a creative studio environment and willingness to support occasional shoot or event setups.
