Our Luxury Property is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our property in Chikmagaluru, Karnataka. If you're passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
Role: Hotel Manager – Villa Operations
Location: Chikmagaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 10–12 Years
Salary: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the luxury villa property.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Manage and lead housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, security, and other operational teams.
• Monitor property upkeep, vendor management, inventory, and cost control.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain SOP compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless property management.
Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of experience in hotel, resort, villa, or luxury hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple operational departments.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Chikmagaluru.
