Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Holiday Expert Executive, you will assist travel agents in curating and selling holiday packages tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include providing travel package recommendations, managing itineraries, responding to partner inquiries, maintaining strong relationships, and offering solutions to enhance client satisfaction. You will actively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with travel partners and clients.
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends, including holiday package design, destination expertise, and itinerary planning.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights and collaborate with team members.
- Basic technological literacy, including familiarity with travel software, tools, and related platforms.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work well in a hybrid working environment.
- A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
- Experience in a similar role in the travel or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
