We're Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Manager (D2C)
📍 Location: Mira Road (in-office, not hybrid/WFH) 💰 Salary: ₹6–8 LPA (based on experience) + performance-based incentives 📅 Experience: Minimum 4+ years
Requirements:
- Experience scaling D2C brands — Clothing, Shoes, Skincare, Cosmetics, etc.
- Must have worked with a D2C-focused, performance-driven agency
- Proven track record of driving ROAS and scaling brands profitably
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify/Business Manager
- Must have own laptop
- Able to commute daily to Mira Road office
Not considering:
- Freshers or interns
- Lead gen or branding-only profiles
- Hybrid/WFH applicants
