GURUNANAK Krishi Yantra, Babina is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales growth across key agricultural markets.
📍 Locations: Gujarat | Maharashtra | Tamil Nadu
💼 Experience: 3+ Years in Sales
🌾 Industry: Agricultural Equipment / Farm Machinery
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies
• Lead and manage the sales team across assigned territories
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors and customers
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
Candidate Profile
✔ 3+ years of relevant sales experience
✔ Experience in agricultural machinery / farm equipment preferred
✔ Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
