Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead plant manufacturing operations and ensure consistent production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The role will involve managing production teams, optimizing resources, improving processes, and coordinating with key departments to achieve business and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to meet targets, quality, and cost objectives.
- Lead supervisors, technicians, and operators while maintaining team productivity.
- Implement quality checks and improve manufacturing processes.
- Optimize manpower, raw materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma practices for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Purchase, Dispatch, QA, and other teams.
- Resolve operational issues and improve plant efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of production, quality, and safety processes.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment.
