We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to take end-to-end ownership of city operations, drive operational excellence, manage teams and vendors, and achieve business, service, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage city-wide operations across multiple locations/business units.
* Drive operational efficiency, service quality, SOP adherence, and timely execution.
* Manage and motivate operations teams, ensuring productivity and accountability.
* Oversee vendors, suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders.
* Monitor operational costs, budgets, KPIs, and profitability.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Sales, and other teams.
* Conduct regular site visits, audits, and process reviews.
* Resolve operational and stakeholder escalations effectively.
* Drive process improvements, standardisation, and best practices.
* Ensure adequate manpower, inventory, equipment, and infrastructure.
* Support new location launches and city-level business expansion.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* 8–10 years of experience in Operations, preferably managing multiple locations.
* Proven experience in city/cluster/area-level operations management.
* Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
* Good commercial and financial understanding.
* Experience managing budgets, costs, and operational KPIs.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.
* Highly organised, proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or a related field.
