NRiSimplify is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead our real estate operations and drive execution across the business.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader with 8–10+ years of experience in real estate, strong exposure to high-value transactions, and the ability to lead teams and complex projects.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end real estate operations and transactions
• Personally manage and close high-ticket property deals
• Oversee Tax & Legal teams and cross-functional coordination
• Lead strategic projects from planning to execution
• Manage key clients, brokers and channel partners
• Build scalable processes and improve operational efficiency
