Reporting to: President & COO
Experience: 10+ Years
Role overview: We are looking for a leader with a strong foundation in digital marketing and brand building to take full ownership of our online business and its P&L. The role combines profitable sales growth with a compelling website experience, effective product presentation and consistent brand communication.
Working with the existing operations team and specialist partners, the Head will lead the business from campaign planning and customer acquisition through to order fulfilment and repeat purchases.
