We are looking for a QMS Executive to join our Jewellery Manufacturing team and support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO Standards.
📍 Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2+ Years
🏭 Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and implement QMS policies, procedures, SOPs & work instructions
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO Standards and internal quality procedures
• Conduct and coordinate Internal Audits and support external audits
• Manage NCR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
• Maintain QMS documentation, records and quality reports
• Monitor process compliance across jewellery manufacturing operations
• Identify process gaps and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and other departments for QMS compliance
🔹 Skill Required:
• 2+ years of experience in QMS / Quality Assurance / Quality Control
• Experience in Jewellery Manufacturing will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISO Standards / ISO 9001 QMS
• Knowledge of Internal Audit, CAPA, NCR & Root Cause Analysis
• Good documentation, analytical and coordination skills
• ISO / Internal Auditor Certification will be an added advantage
