Weekends sell themselves. We’re hiring someone to sell the Tuesdays.
At Vibescapes Hospitality House, we manage a growing portfolio of boutique resorts, villas and experiential stays across Karjat, Lonavala, Mulshi, Kamshet and Panchgani.
From exclusive corporate offsites and leadership retreats to destination weddings, celebrations and full-estate buyouts, we’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, open doors and consistently close business.
What you’ll own
* Build and grow our corporate sales pipeline for offsites, retreats, leadership meetings, training programmes and annual corporate partnerships.
* Drive weddings, celebrations, events and exclusive property buyouts.
* Develop relationships with corporates, HR teams, travel agents, DMCs, event planners and wedding planners across Mumbai & Pune.
* Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and own the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
* Generate repeat business and long-term client relationships.
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
We’re looking for someone who
* Has 4–8 years of hospitality, hotel, venue, MICE or corporate sales experience.
* Has built business through outbound sales—not simply managed inbound enquiries.
* Is comfortable carrying revenue targets and being accountable for results.
* Knows that follow-up wins more deals than presentations.
* Can build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a CRM.
* Enjoys networking and meeting clients face-to-face.
