Role- Executive - Corporate Treasury Specialist
Location- Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Finance Cost, Borrowing, Investments, Accounting, Budgeting &Control.
2.Handling Audits
3.Inter-company loan (TCIL to Subsidiaries) - Documentation & Accounting, Accounting for loan given and related interest, Interest rate benchmarking
4.Governance Report - overseeing Fund flow reporting & handling bank and credit rating agency relationships.
5.To negotiate with banks on various products
6.To evaluate proposals for investing surplus funds
7.To manage and improve the cash flow
Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree/ CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
2-4 years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Finance Controllership
Experience in treasury operations, banking relationships, borrowings, and investments
Exposure to inter-company transactions and audit handling
