Job Title: Head of Construction
Job Description: Boheim is looking for an experienced Head of Construction to oversee and drive the end-to-end execution of luxury residential and real estate projects. The candidate will bring 12-15 years of industry experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven history of delivering at least 4-6 projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, timelines, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential and real estate
development projects.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and construction timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with Boheim's
quality standards and design vision.
• Manage and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation to ensure execution accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee site operations, construction quality, safety protocols, and statutory compliance
requirements.
• Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, review meetings, and performance evaluations of contractors and subcontractors.
• Implement robust quality control measures and ensure adherence to approved construction
methodologies and best practices.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary
approvals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and present periodic project status reports, budgets, and progress updates to senior management.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across all
construction activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project and site teams to foster a culture of accountability,
collaboration, and excellence.
Candidate must have:
● A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is mandatory.
● A master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Structural
Engineering will be an added advantage.
● Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional),
Primavera, or Construction Management certifications are preferred.
● 12–15 years of experience in real estate construction and project management.
● Must have successfully delivered at least 4–6 residential or real estate projects.
● Strong understanding of construction practices, project planning, budgeting, quality
control, and statutory compliance requirements.
