Company Description Flowheel Pvt Ltd formerly known as RACI Spacers Pvt Ltd operates in the oil & gas as well as waste water sectors in India. We are currently hiring a Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in Pipeline Construction & Maintenance. Flowheel serves a broad and established client base, including multinational and state oil companies, water authorities, and desalination plants across the Gulf region. Role Description The Project Engineer role at Flowheel is a full-time hybrid position based in India, with flexibility for remote work. The Project Engineer will plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects related to pipeline construction and rehabilitation, ensuring that project deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, reviewing technical specifications, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting site activities as needed. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, preparing regular status reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations. The Project Engineer will also contribute to technical documentation, assist in tender preparation, and support continuous improvement of engineering and project management processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Engineering skills relevant to infrastructure and pipeline-related projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline; a postgraduate qualification in project management is an advantage.
- Experience in oil & gas, water infrastructure, or similar industrial projects, preferably with exposure to international clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with engineering design software is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and apply safety and quality standards on projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a focus on accountability and delivering results in hybrid work settings.
