Role Description
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer for a full-time opportunity to support the design, installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware, computing systems, and IT infrastructure.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across computer hardware, electronics, embedded systems, networking equipment, IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, testing, and technical support.
The Hardware Engineer will work closely with IT, engineering, automation, maintenance, operations, vendors, and technology teams to ensure reliable performance of hardware systems and associated infrastructure.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc. in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in hardware engineering, IT support, electronics, networking, embedded systems, infrastructure, or technical support can apply.
- Candidates from IT, electronics, manufacturing, automation, telecom, engineering, FMCG, industrial, or other technology-driven industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of computer hardware, electronic components, networking equipment, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of motherboards, processors, memory, storage devices, power supplies, servers, and networking hardware will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux systems, basic networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, or system administration will be beneficial.
- Exposure to embedded systems, microcontrollers, PCB hardware, sensors, or industrial electronics will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of hardware testing tools and diagnostic techniques will be preferred.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors, engineers, and end users.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Internship, certification, personal project, hardware lab, or academic project experience will be considered.
- Strong willingness to learn new hardware, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
