Role Description
We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career software professionals interested in working across Backend Development, Software Engineering, APIs, Microservices, Databases, Cloud, System Integration, Automation, and Enterprise Applications.
The Backend Software Engineer will work closely with IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, maintain, and improve reliable backend services and software systems that support business and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend development, software engineering, application development, API development, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Backend Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Node.js Developer, .NET Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one backend programming language or ecosystem such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, .NET, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of backend development, APIs, databases, object-oriented programming, data structures, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js/Express, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, Laravel, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON, authentication, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, or messaging systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, or DevOps tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and deployment workflows.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance work, startup project, API project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new backend, cloud, database, and software technologies.
