- Candidates should possess strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on welcoming, assisting, and engaging guests throughout their visit.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
- Candidates should possess Reservations management skills, such as handling bookings, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfort using basic computer and reservation systems; familiarity with POS or booking tools is a plus.
- Interest in food, beverages, and learning about Burmese culture and cuisine.
- Relevant education or training in hospitality or service management is an advantage.
