We’re Hiring | Reservations Associate / Reservations Executive
Klov Resort & Spa, Thirunelli • Wayanad, is looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join our team.
Position: Reservations Associate / Reservations Executive
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office or revenue operations
• Good communication and guest-handling skills
• Knowledge of OTA extranets, channel managers and booking systems preferred
• Ability to manage calls, emails, inventory coordination and upselling
• Resort experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle room reservations and guest queries
• Coordinate with Front Office & Revenue teams
• Manage OTA and direct bookings
• Maintain accurate reservation records
• Maximise room revenue through effective selling
