Role Description The Guest Service Associate (F&B) is a full-time, on-site role based in Orchha, focused on delivering attentive and courteous service in all food and beverage areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking and processing orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring timely, accurate service. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining spaces, setting up and clearing tables, and supporting special events or banquets. The Guest Service Associate also handles guest queries and requests, manages basic reservations related to F&B outlets, and addresses concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards are essential.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills to ensure a welcoming and attentive experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to respond to guest needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess Reservations experience to manage table bookings and coordinate guest seating smoothly.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service within hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training or certification is an advantage.
