- Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive (GRE) role located in Sangli. The GRE is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth, professional reception experience. The role includes responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate records at the front desk. The GRE supports sales by promoting hotel services, facilities, and special offers, and helps build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits. The position requires consistent adherence to service standards, attention to detail, and a courteous, solution-oriented approach in all interactions.
