As Beyond Talks With Shrinngar continues to grow, one thing has become very clear:
There are so many incredible stories out there. We just need to find them.
I’m looking for someone who can help us discover and build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, creators, investors, leaders and changemakers across India and bring their stories to our podcast.
This role is not for someone who simply sends 100 emails a day. It’s about:
→ Researching the right people
→ Understanding their journey
→ Finding the story worth telling
→ Writing a thoughtful, personalised pitch
→ Turning a cold introduction into a meaningful relationship
Because great guest outreach is part research, part relationship-building, and part belief.
The biggest name isn't always the best guest.
Sometimes, the most powerful story comes from someone the world simply hasn't heard enough about yet.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
• Loves discovering interesting people
• Communicates confidently and naturally
• Is comfortable reaching out to senior founders & leaders
• Understands storytelling and what makes a conversation worth having
• Is persistent without being pushy
• Can think beyond titles, followers and popularity
Experience in PR, Media, Journalism, Talent Management, Partnerships or Business Development is a plus.
