Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Growth Marketing internship team.
- Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Identify new user acquisition and customer engagement opportunities.
- Work closely with the Content, Social Media, SEO, Design, Sales, and Product teams.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies using data-driven insights.
- Support referral, affiliate, partnership, and community growth initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and present actionable insights.
- Brainstorm and test innovative marketing experiments to improve reach and conversions.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned marketing projects and campaigns.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with an experimental mindset.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, or similar productivity tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Passion for startups, marketing, and scaling products.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Prior internship or leadership experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
