# Business Growth Intern — AaoSeekhe
**Location:** Vrindavan Yojana Sector 16 , Near PGI , Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

## About AaoSeekhe
AaoSeekhe (under FAUMI Education and Training Pvt. Ltd., ISO 9001:2015 certified) helps college students build employability, soft skills, and career readiness — through test prep (GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL), profile building for higher-ed admissions, and an AI-powered LMS. We work with students and institutions across India, Nepal, and Bhutan.
## The Role
We're looking for a Intern who can own the full revenue engine for Aao Seekhe — from generating leads to closing sales to supporting the hiring that keeps the team running. This is not a narrow marketing or sales-only role. You'll work directly with the Co-Founder and get exposure to every part of how a growing ed-tech company actually operates.
What You'll Do
- **Sales:** Reach out to prospective students/parents, run counselling calls, follow up on leads, and close enrollments across our test-prep and career-readiness programs
- **Marketing:** Plan and execute outreach campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, email), create promotional content, and support landing page and ad performance
- **Outreach & Partnerships:** Support institutional outreach to colleges/universities — cold outreach, follow-ups, and coordination for partnership and MOU discussions
- **Hiring Support:** Help source, screen, and coordinate interviews for open roles (interns and full-time); assist with onboarding new hires
- **Reporting:** Track pipeline, conversions, and outreach metrics; share weekly updates
## Who You Are
- A self-starter who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between sales calls, content creation, and admin tasks in the same day
- Strong communicator — written and verbal — in English and Hindi
- Organized enough to manage multiple pipelines (student leads, partnership follow-ups, candidate pipelines) without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with basic tools: Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Canva or similar
