About PickMyWork
PickMyWork is a PAT-positive BFSI distribution platform. We connect freelancers and micro entreprenuers in tier-2 and tier-3 Indian cities with financial product distribution work across credit cards, insurance, banking and mutual funds.
We operate in 200+ cities and work with 50+ clients. We are backed by Tim Draper, SOSV, Blume Ventures and Gray Matters Capital.
We are a team, not a family. We value partner-first thinking, intellectual honesty and clear ownership. Our partners are the freelancers who build their income with us, and our clients are the lenders who trust us with their distribution.
Role overview
We are hiring a Growth Manager to scale our lending distribution across Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). You will own the growth numbers for loans end to end: partner acquisition, freelancer channel growth, conversion and unit economics.
Reporting line and work location: to be confirmed.
Responsibilities
1. Own the loan distribution targets for PL, BL, HL and LAP, with monthly and quarterly plans by product and city.
2. Acquire and manage lending partners (banks, NBFCs and DSAs) and negotiate payout and product terms.
3. Grow the freelancer channel: recruit, activate and retain distribution partners in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
4. Track the funnel from lead to disbursal and fix drop-offs at each stage.
5. Build the unit economics model: payout per loan, cost per acquisition, and partner-level profitability.
6. Run campaigns and incentives that lift conversion without hurting credit quality.
7. Work with product, operations and compliance to keep loan journeys compliant with RBI norms.
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail lending, loan distribution, DSA or NBFC/bank sales, including exposure to a growth or channel role.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of PL, BL, HL and LAP.
• Track record of building and managing partner or channel networks, ideally with freelancers or agents.
• Strong command of funnel analytics, Excel or Sheets, and basic SQL or BI tools.
• Clear knowledge of lending compliance, KYC and disbursal workflows.
• Comfortable with targets, ownership and fast execution in a startup setting.
• Quantified past impact: disbursal volume, conversion lift or partner growth numbers you can explain.
Good to have
• Existing relationships with banks, NBFCs or DSA networks in India.
• Experience running distribution in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
• Exposure to digital lending, co-lending or BNPL products.
• Experience managing a team of channel or sales managers.
What we offer
• A growth role with real ownership of a loan business that is already running at scale.
• A direct line into the leadership team and the chance to shape how lending distribution is built.
• Compensation: ₹8–10 lakh per year CTC, with a performance-linked component and ESOPs.
